Prior to Scheduling Shipment

If you are inquiring about an order that has not been scheduled for shipment or local delivery and prior to any order being shipped or scheduled for delivery, then please contact our Shipping Department at:

 If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customer.service@uniquepatio.com within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be stopped.

* IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once an order ships and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges that we have already incurred. Unless an order arrives damaged, refusing an order is also subject to restocking fees and a deduction of round trip shipping from your refund. We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to customer.service@uniquepatio.com prior to shipment. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Payment Policy

Is made first - then your order is processed, produced, and shipped. This process protect us against fraud. By reducing fraud risks, we are able to keep our prices very low. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You can order & pay by credit card or Paypal online or you can place an order over the phone. In addition, you can mail us a check (contact us for details). Orders that are paid for via check will not be processed until the check has cleared.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items to us within 14 days of receiving them. To be accepted for a refund, less a 12% restocking fee, on any returns, the items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.

There are no returns on special order items such as custom Sunbrella fabric cushion covers and umbrellas. Due to the wide variety of options and colors, these special order items are not returnable.

In addition to the restocking fee, buyer is solely responsible for all delivery or shipping charges, and for ensuring all returned items are sent to us in their original packaging in new, unused condition. Unique Patio Furniture does not arrange or agree to any responsibility for having the items returned to us for refund or exchange.

Once we receive returned or exchanged items, and the items have been inspected and accepted for return, approval will be given to process a refund of your purchase, less the 12% restocking fee and any delivery or shipping charges (both to and from your location) by check or credit card refund.

You may cancel an order at any time, but if the item(s) has left our warehouse or store for shipment or delivery, then any additional costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


Before your order ships

For questions, assistance, concerns or information regarding your shipment, you should contact the shipping company directly, as they are the ones that can provide you with the most accurate information and provide assistance with any questions you may have.   Unique Patio is not the shipping company and therefore does not have all the information and status of your shipment, nor do we have the ability to make changes, resolve issues, or answer questions pertaining to your shipment.

Please remember that most of our items are large and bulky, and therefore no simple task to ship or deliver, and they can incur damage if not handled properly by the warehouse, or shipping, or delivery company.  Every effort is made to package our items so that they arrive to you, the customer, in perfect condition.

Please keep in mind that Unique Patio Furniture is NOT a shipping or delivery company and therefore has no control in how a shipping company performs their duties.  The best we can do for our customers is attempt to use the shipping company that we think is the best and most reliable company at a reasonable and fair cost to our customers.

We cannot and do not ever guarantee when a shipment or local delivery will be delivered or arrive.  All we can do is provide you with our best guess based upon past experiences.

Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times. Basically we only know what they tell us from that point on. We wish we had more say or direct control over shipments, but that is not how shipping companies work.

Delivery Options

Our standard delivery specifies that the boxes are delivered to your front door.  If you would like to upgrade to white glove service please contact us.

When your order arrives

Make sure that the piece/box count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pieces/boxes you receive.

If you are missing pieces or boxes, you must note this on the proof and acceptance of delivery receipt before you sign it.

Inspect the packaging for external damage. If you notice exterior damage: Open the box and inspect for concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt.

If you notice external damage and the driver will not let you inspect the inside of the package or the driver will not let you note damage on the delivery receipt, refuse the shipment and call us immediately.

If you refuse the shipment in this manner, it does not invalidate your order and we will still work diligently to get your order to you in good condition as quickly as possible.

Take notes of any damages to the packaging or products on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word "Damaged" on the receipt before signing.

PLEASE NOTE If you sign your delivery receipt without noting any damage, you are legally stating that you received your items in GOOD condition without any damage.

If there is no external damage but you don’t have the opportunity to inspect what's inside each box, please sign for your freight and specifically write on the delivery receipt: "Did not inspect for concealed damage".

Please inspect your items for concealed damage after the driver has left, and notify us within 3 days of any damage.

If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, we cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition.

If the driver will not let you note damage on the delivery receipt, refuse the shipment and call us immediately.

If you refuse the shipment in this manner, it does not invalidate your order and we will still work diligently to get your order to you in good condition as quickly as possible.

Take notes of any damages to the packaging or products on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word "Damaged" on the receipt before signing.

Privacy Policy

We will never sell any customer's information to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used only by Unique Patio Furniture. One month after your order is placed; your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand that you want to be able to purchase patio furniture online and not have to give away your personal information to do so.

Limitations: Even though we try our best to ensure your privacy and security and always look to use the best available and tested technologies to guard and protect our web site and our customers, we face the same risks as all Internet companies.


Our furniture warranty covers manufacturer defects in the wicker furniture and frame for two years from the date of purchase. Cushions are not covered due to customer wear and tear unless Sunbrella fabric is purchased. Sunbrella has their own company warranty which ranges from 3-10 years depending on fabric. We cover the first two years of the warranty for Sunbrella fabric; anything after that time must be taken to Sunbrella's attention by the customer.
